Sourcing
An activity promoting innovation: sourcing
Our teams are in charge of identifying sources of ingredients, conducting their diagnosis (agricultural, technological, social and environmental...) and implementing upstream projects to build a structure for the participants (organization of manufacturers, processing operators…). We are therefore concerned with reducing the environmental impact of our activities and promoting the social development of populations.

Some of our priorities:
• valuing biodiversity;
• promoting the development of organic agriculture and fighting against its chief deterrents (GMO's, pesticides…) ;
• encouraging food sovereignty of farmers;
• maximizing the value added in the country of production, e.g. by promoting co products;
• guaranteeing responsible resources management (using only the necessary, giving priority to renewable resources, ...).
• partnerships with from all over the world to help preserve endangered ecosystems and promote the economic development of local populations.

Our ingredient policy:
Our ingredients are rigorously selected and traced form agricultural production to our plants. In view of insuring sustainable development, we strive to establish long-term partnerships with our suppliers.

  Did you know?
In cosmetic sourcing, raising the value of exotic plant active ingredients also contributes to the protection of endangered ecosystems: sustainable development programs can thus be established in partnership with local farmers.
The cultivation of essential oils of niaouli and saro, and of organic oil of Madagascar calophyllum, used in our cosmetic products, helps fight against deforestation while encouraging the economic development of the local population.
